MENTORING PROGRAM 2010/2011
PMI-CTT is again offering its
successful Mentoring Program.
The purpose of our confidential mentoring and learning partnership that focuses on developing and enhancing project management competencies. It provides members who are experienced in the implementation of project management according to PMBOK and PMI practices & ethics (Mentors) to voluntarily provide guidance, advice and counsel in a friendly manner to less experienced project management practitioners. Accordingly, it provides members who are seeking help in project management roles (Mentees) to learn alongside experienced project managers who are willing to share their experience.
This prgram is not for everyone and is aimed at those members who are willing to invest in time to nurture knowledge transfer in a partnership activity.
PMI-CTT Mentoring Program is an excellent way of expanding and enhancing your Project Management skills, gain knowledge from experts, insight from those entering the field, and most importantly, a great way to network and build long lasting relationships, all while earning up to 48 PDUs in the process!
Who can be a Mentor?
A Mentor is a Project Management Professional with a minimum of seven years experience managing projects in accordance with PMI practices and code of ethics. Their role is to provide advice to less experienced project management practitioners.
Who can be a Mentee?
A mentee is a project management practitioner with less than seven years experience, who is looking to obtain advice from a seasoned professional that is in accordance with PMI practices and code of ethics.

· Registration for the 2010/2011 Mentoring Program starts on March 1st, 2010.

Note 1: Attendance at the Mentoring session is Mandatory. Failing to attend could mean a rejection of your application
Note 2: A participant (mentor or mentee) must have completed 36 hours of mentoring to successfully complete the course
